Whilst Airfibre is able to provide a fixed cost pricing model for many access requirements; this is not always appropriate for bespoke solutions.

Airfibre provides much more than simple access products and customers will often have a requirement to combine these products with other Airfibre solutions such as Metro Ethernet Services, including MPLS, QinQ or pseudo-wire. Coupled with Airfibre Highly Available Data Centre Services such as Managed Virtual Firewall, Anti-Spam and Managed Hosting, things can simply become too bespoke to simply provide a "menu" of services.

Airfibre circuits are the only circuits delivered end to end by a single provider. There are no third parties involved. As a result way-leave and inflated post-survey installation costs are eradicated with Airfibre.

Aggressive marketing campaigns by members of the traditional ISP community are currently confusing the market by hinting at lower costs. However, once a customer order is placed, the "pre survey" cost is rarely honoured and the customer is asked to cover additional costs.

As a result, Airfibre feel that its policy of publishing pricing information can be misleading in the current environment.
